The uppermost questions on my mind today are: When exactly will the Rapture of the Church of Jesus Christ take place? Will the Church be caught up prior to the start of the seven-year tribulation period? Will it go through part of the Tribulation? Or worse, will it go through all seven years of the most horrendous time period that mankind will ever face?

There are numerous books written on this subject. From what I can see, there is a split among Pre-Tribulation Rapture, Mid-Tribulation Rapture, and Post-Tribulation Rapture. The argument for each is very convincing as there seems to be scriptures that support all three beliefs. Which then, of these three different beliefs is accurate? Pre-Tribulation rapture has always been appealing to me because it means escaping the horrors of the Great Tribulation. However, how factual is this belief?

A dream I had just before I woke up on the morning of November 23, 2019, gives me reason to wonder about the timing. Of course no one will ever know the exact time for sure though it was given to us to know the season. Jesus told His disciples, “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only” (Matthew 24:36 NKJV). I know that we are in the right season because we see the signs of the times all around us every day.

In this dream mentioned above, I was at home with my daughter when the lights suddenly went out. I went outside and onto the streets but it was pitch black outside. There were a lot of people moving about in the dark. I asked one person what time it was. She said 6:30 in the evening. I then said, “It’s going to be a long night!” In this dream, I understood that the authorities had shut off the power to conserve energy.

After this, I found myself at my workplace. When I entered the building, it was dark inside because the lights were off. There was just enough illumination for me to be able to recognize each of my co-workers. I noted that they were taking turns scooping out mashed potatoes from a pot and putting it onto plates. They had no gravy, no vegetables, and no meat. This, to me, was a sign of hardship.

We then moved out into the hallway and it was then that I noticed that one sole of a pair of flat shoes that a co-worker was wearing was almost completely fallen off. Her shoes were well-worn and looked as if she had been wearing the same pair of shoes for months or years! When I looked at the shoes on my feet as well as those on my other co-workers’ feet, I noticed that all were similarly well-worn though the conditions were not quite as bad.

In the next scene, same dream, I was in another building. Again, it was dark inside, though it was obvious that it was daylight outside. This building had no heat, no electricity, and the temperature inside was frigid. It must have been winter time because you could see icicles hanging off some of the appliances inside the building.
Looking out the window, one person commented that at least the sky above was not disturbed. Seconds later, God, whom I did not notice up until that point, said, “Not anymore!” As soon as He said that, He shouted loudly! Immediately, the sky above was no longer in place. It was like it vanished into nothingness and the whole scene above was just a dark void among some clusters of red, possibly stars, that appeared to be falling downwards. This was all I could see as I looked through the windows. I woke up after that.

In response to His disciples’ questions regarding signs of His second coming and of the end of this age, Jesus said,

Take heed that no one deceives you. For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of sorrows. Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake. And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another. Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. But he who endures to the end shall be saved. (Matthew 24: 4-13 NKJV)

In this dream, I saw a prolonged period of darkness, hardship, and famine as is evident by the power outages, lack of heating in the winter, the well-worn shoes, and poor diet. These hardships are the kind of things that one can expect to follow wars and destructions within a nation. I have seen this war many times in my dreams over the last several years.  I have also seen a chemical warfare where a light green poisonous gas filled the entire atmosphere.  Everyone who came in contact with it immediately become paralyzed by it!

Even though the different scenes described above were all in one dream, it is obvious that it spanned many days, possibly months or even years. When the light first went out, the temperature was reasonably warm because I went out into the streets without a coat or even a sweater. By the time the sky vanished, it was the dead of winter.

In this dream, I have also witnessed what I believe to be the sixth of the seven seal judgments which will be poured out during the Great Tribulation. According to the book of Revelation, the sky or heavens receded after the sixth seal. Jesus told His disciples that this generation will not pass away until all these things are fulfilled.

I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair, the whole moon turned blood red, and the stars in the sky fell to earth, as figs drop from a fig tree when shaken by a strong wind. The heavens receded like a scroll being rolled up, and every mountain and island was removed from its place.  (Revelation 6:12-14 NIV)

According to the book of Revelation, after the first of the seven seal judgments is opened, a white horse and rider will step forth. This rider will step forward as a mighty conqueror with a bow in his hands. Following in his wake, by way of the next three Seals, each producing a different horse and rider, will be death, destruction, and famine.

Many followers of Jesus will die during this time as is evident from the opening of the fifth Seal. Do not be afraid of dying for Jesus’ sake!  Jesus said, “Do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell” (Matthew 10:28 NKJV).  The important thing is that you are prepared spiritually, that you invite Jesus in your heart as your Lord and Savior, that you fear God and keep his commandments. If you die for Jesus, you will live again with Him in the New Jerusalem and throughout all eternity.

About two months ago, on September 24, 2019, in a dream, I saw a milky-white horse and rider on top of a nearby roof. The horse was galloping at full speed in mid-air right above the rooftop but at the same time was in the same spot. It was similar to running in place. The man was standing on top of the roof and facing the horse. This, I believe, is the Antichrist. Jesus revealed to me in a dream in March 2016 that the Antichrist is already here. He told me that he was born of the heathen for this purpose and that it will be a self-discovery on his part. He will walk fully into his destiny at the time pre-appointed.

In this same dream on September 24th, I also saw the silhouette of three other horses painted across the sky and took note that one of them had a red mane. These, I believe, are the three other horses that will step forth after the next three seal judgments are opened. I also witnessed, in this same dream, numerous milky-white horses galloping at full speed in mid-air. These could be the horses on which Jesus and the saints will return to earth at the end of the Great Tribulation.

One might argue that, in this most recent dream, God was simply showing me what will come to pass shortly, not necessarily that I or the Church would be here to see it. After all, John, who wrote the entire book of Revelation, saw it all and he was buried some two thousand years ago. That may be so, but remember that I was with some of my current co-workers, three of whom I recognized by name, at one point in this dream. My daughter was also with me at the beginning of the dream and she looked no older than she does today. I am of the opinion that these things are just around the corner and will come to pass in our lifetime! Based on a dream I had on September 20, 2016, July 24, 2020 will be the end of the world “as we know it!” That is only eight short months away!

Note carefully. I am in no way suggesting that the world will come to an end on July 24, 2020 or that the rapture will occur then! I am simply saying that a major change, possibly a revolutionary one, is coming. We all need to prepare ourselves spiritually, mentally and emotionally for it! Gird up the loins of your mind and be strong in the Lord!

In the following scripture Jesus described a scene very similar to the third scene in my dream. This, He said, would follow immediately after the tribulation.

Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. (Matthew 24:29-31 NKJV)

My conclusion is that it doesn’t matter whether the Church is raptured just before the Tribulation, mid-Tribulation or immediately following the Tribulation. What is important is that we know that we are in the right season and that we are ready and waiting at all times. The important thing is that we stand strong as we watch and wait with great rejoicing for the glorious appearing of our Lord, and to be with Him for all eternity. My advice to one and all is the same advice that Jesus gave to His disciples two thousand years ago. Watch and be ready because we don’t know exactly when our Lord will return. All I know for sure is that it will be very soon!

For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. Then two men will be in the field: one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding at the mill: one will be taken and the other left. Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming. But know this, that if the master of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched and not allowed his house to be broken into. Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.  (Matthew 24:38-44 NKJV)

Regardless of whether or not the Church goes through the tribulation, the wrath of God will not be poured out upon the children of God. The seal of God will be upon us and we will dwell safely. According to Revelation chapter 7:9-10, “John saw a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands, and crying out with a loud voice, saying, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”” In verse 14, one of the elders said to John, “These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.”

A great spiritual reawakening is on the way. Let’s pray and travail in the spirit for our loved ones, friends, neighbors, co-workers and others we know who are not saved. Let us seek God on their behalf that they will be included in this great revival of the Church so that they too may watch and be ready to be caught up in the rapture to meet Jesus in the air.

The first time that I saw Jesus in a dream was in November 2011. He was standing in the clouds, big and tall and majestic! At the sight of Him I bowed my knees, raised my hands in the air and worshipped Him! It won’t be long now before He bursts through the clouds clothed with majesty and with great power! Every knee will bow before Him in worship! Every tongue will confess that He is God and Lord of all! And He will reign in Jerusalem, upon King David’s throne, forever as King of kings and Lord of lords!!!
